Productions :

The basic functions of the production team in PMD & SMD is to make the monthly production plan for cut tobacco & cigarettes, organize men, materials & machines accordingly & subsequently execute the production process. The team consists of operators, supervisors, shift executives & production managers, who are collectively accountable for all production processes, achievement of factory performance indicators, productivity index, waste control & product quality. 

All the above is made possible by use of detailed work instructions at the making & packing machines, process control parameters at cutting machines & dryers & required process documentation (e.g. process control records. Statistical Process Control, test / inspection records, tractability etc.); 

The use of ERP system in PMD & SMD facilitates in making the delivery & production scheduling, process monitoring and operator instructions, along with ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
